Business Model Innovation
**This is NOT a webinar**
We will be using a real live case to show the impact of COVID and with your help, we will help them reinvent their business model.
Business Model Innovation
This is a very hands-on practical session. We will be having our videos turned on and working together while using some digital tools.
Raomal & Rohan will share their experiences with Lean Startup, which Jake Knapp drew inspiration from when creating Google Venture’s Design Sprint process. Lean startup is a methodology for developing businesses and products – testing, iterating and learning about your idea in a short period of time. By having a strong focus on customer needs, find their target market and pivot their product, dodging expensive product launches and failures.
Lean Startup is closely linked with the Business Model Canvas, a tool used to create value for companies, customers and society. Business models are designed and executed in specific environments. Developing a good understanding of your organisation’s environment helps you to conceive stronger, more competitive business models. We will be using a real live case to show the impact of COVID and with your help, we will help them reinvent their business model. Yes, this is a hands-on remote (online) workshop and not a webinar!
